The TRS100 is a wallboard mixer quality monitoring system. The system continuously monitors the temperature rise/set reaction from the mixing process by taking noncontact infrared measurements. Adjustable high/low temperature alarm corridors can be preset and stored for each product recipe.
System's hardware consists of the following elements:

A. Rise Temperature Sensor Assemblies
These infrared “spot” type sensors accurately and reliably send rise temperature data back to the PC via a single 4-wire cable. They can be mounted from 3 to 10 feet (1 to 3 meters) over the line. |
B. Final Set Temperature Sensor Assembly
This assembly is mounted on the infeed section just prior to the dryer entrance for monitoring the final set temperature of your board. This sensor sends temperature data back to the PC via the same 4-wire cable. |
C. Main Control Cabinet
This cabinet contains electronics for processing the following signals:

• Forming Line Speed Analog Input
• RS232 Serial PC Connection
• IR Sensor Temperature Inputs
• Ambient Air Temperature Inputs |
